The Hero-Mine custom CSS Template for Webs.com is now being offered here at 'Find The Code' and it's absolutely free.

When scrolling down the page(s) of this template, you'll notice how the content glides over the surface while the background image remains stationary. The CSS code for this template was designed specifically for a 'Fixed (Static) Background Image' (but a repeating background image will work, too.)

 CSS Fixed backgrounds work in all modern browsers.  However, having a template with a 'fixed background' is not for all websites.  You should consider carefully whether a template with a 'fixed background image' is right for you.

Hero-Mine can easily be modified to display any background image.  To replace the background, simply remove the URL for the Unicorn image in the Advanced CSS section of your Site designer and replace it with the URL of your hosted image .  The 'Hero-Mine' logo can easily be replaced as well.  Simply replace the URL in the CSS code at:
